Integrating Flyelephant with AWS Services to Establish Information Systems and Enhance Business Value  

Since 2006, the core members of Flyelephant have been involved in C2C (Consumer-to-Consumer) systems and UGC (User-Generated Content) platforms. Customer needs

As business expands, our self-built data center has gradually become outdated and insufficient to meet the growing demands. Upgrading versions in response to the needs of IT information systems or expanding hardware servers and storage equipment requires a significant amount of time for evaluation and substantial budget investments. Over the long term, this not only proves time-consuming and labor-intensive for the enterprise but also lacks flexibility, potentially adding to the workload of the IT team.

The prioritization of system stability and high quality for customer satisfaction has led to the decision to adopt AWS. This involves reducing the need for additional hardware and software purchases, phasing out obsolete equipment, and updating the overall infrastructure. This includes replacing and integrating existing devices, migrating existing workloads to AWS, and transitioning to SaaS services to meet requirements, thereby reducing IT management demands.

We plan to prioritize the implementation of various AWS services such as Amazon ECS, Amazon S3, and AWS RDS. The anticipated benefits of this migration include increased server availability, ensuring stable and uninterrupted service quality. Additionally, with the integration of AWS RDS, backup tasks will be automated, reducing the need for manual intervention and allowing personnel to focus on other tasks.
